Oats Ka Chila
 

Ingredients:

1 cup quick cooking rolled oats

1 cup skim milk/water

1/2 cup low fat curd

1/2 tsp salt

1tsp oil

1/4 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)

1 slit green chilli

chopped capsicum  

½ cup

1/2 cup finely chopped onions

1/2 cup grated carrot

Green coriander

Green chilies

 

Method :

Grind the oats to a powder consistency. Now add skim milk or curd or water to make a batter and set aside for ½ hour.

Now chop all the vegetables, add to the batter, add a pinch of salt and make out pancakes on a non stick pan.
